Purpose, Scope and Other Definitions
The Privacy Policy is intended for use by users of the website of Woprol.
The website has established this Privacy Policy in accordance with the GDPR and related guidelines.
This policy is intended to provide the website users with information about what information the website collects, how it is used and the circumstances in which it can be shared with third parties.

The website may also sometimes collectively refer to the processing, collection, protection and storage of the users personal data or any activity that is identical, such as “processing” of personal data.

What data do we collect?
Having left the comment by the website user, we collect the data visible in the comment form, as well as the user’s IP address and browser signature to help detect spam.
An anonymised string of characters created on the basis of the user’s email address (so-called hash) may be sent to the Gravatar service to check whether the user is using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. Having approved the comment, the user profile picture is visible to the public.
If the user has registered his/her account and uploads pictures to the website, he/she should avoid uploading pictures with EXIF location tags. The website users can download and read full location data from pictures on the website.
If the user leaves a comment, the content and metadata will be retained indefinitely. This allows us to recognise and approve subsequent comments automatically, without sending them for each moderation.
As far as the users registered on our website, we also store the personal information entered in the profile. All users can view, edit or delete their personal information at any time (except their username, which cannot be changed). The website administrators can also view and modify this information.
Purposes of protecting legitimate interests
The website processes personal data in order to protect the legitimate interests pursued by Woprol or by a third party. The legitimate interest means that a party has a business, commercial or legal justification to use the user information. Even then, however, the website cannot act against the best interests of the user.
